Counselling

Counselling helps us to explore our deeper selves, to understand why we do the things we do, and why other people sometimes react to us the way they do.

We all have beliefs and ideals that influence our way of living, and behaviour patterns of comparison, judgement, self-doubt and guilt that are reflected in our bodies. 

If we can allow ourselves to feel more and understand what our bodies are telling us, then we can begin to rebuild our lives to reflect the love that we truly are. 

 

Healing

Gentle hands-on healing sessions can help us to understand more of what our bodies have been telling us for years. We can begin to recognise and release areas of physical, emotional and mental tension. By taking time out just for ourselves, we can gently create our own healing.
